The heart wall is as it sounds an actual wall around our hearts which was created by the subconscious mind to protect our hearts from being broken, typically as a reaction to previous heartache from our past. The subconscious mind uses trapped emotions that are already available and, in our bodies, to build this wall. Most people do have a heart wall and it does negatively impact their lives. It can hamper the capacity to give and receive love, lessen the ability to feel positive emotions while increasing the probability to feel negative ones. Having a heart wall can make one feel very alone even when surrounded by many. Physically a heart wall can create feelings of depression, anxiety, cause one to feel generally more lethargic and hampers one’s ability to discover their true purpose and creativity.

On average, it takes 3-5 sessions to completely release a heart-wall.  We go at the pace that feels safe to your subconscious.
